15 lutego 2024r. wesz\u0142y w \u017cycie przepisy nowelizacji Kodeksu rodzinnego i opieku\u0144czego, czyli tzw. ustawy Kamilka. Ustawa ta zawiera szereg rozwi\u0105za\u0144, maj\u0105cych na celu lepsz\u0105 ochron\u0119 dzieci przed przemoc\u0105 i zapewnienie im kompleksowej pomocy w przypadku skrzywdzenia. Jednym z punkt\u00f3w ustawy jest obowi\u0105zek wprowadzenia standard\u00f3w ochrony ma\u0142oletnich.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

W zwi\u0105zku z powy\u017cszym w naszej parafii z dniem 15 sierpnia 2024r. zosta\u0142y wprowadzone tzw. Standardy Ochrony Nieletnich, w tym dzieci, m\u0142odzie\u017cy, niepe\u0142nosprawnych.<\/b><\/p>

Wszystkie te dzia\u0142ania maj\u0105 uwra\u017cliwi\u0107 przede wszystkim osoby doros\u0142e, ale tak\u017ce samych nieletnich na szeroko rozumian\u0105 krzywd\u0119. Maj\u0105 zapewnia\u0107 bezpieczne relacje pomi\u0119dzy dzie\u0107mi, m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 a tak\u017ce w relacjach dziecko \u2013 doros\u0142y, m\u0142odzie\u017c \u2013 doros\u0142y, m\u0142odzie\u017c \u2013 dziecko. Maj\u0105 uczula\u0107 na przejawy agresji zar\u00f3wno fizycznej jak i psychicznej, na nier\u00f3wne traktowanie. Maj\u0105 tak\u017ce wzbudza\u0107 reakcj\u0119 na wszelkie sygna\u0142y wysy\u0142ane przez dzieci i m\u0142odzie\u017c a mog\u0105ce \u015bwiadczy\u0107 tak\u017ce o przemocy w miejscach poza parafi\u0105. Wprowadzane standardy ochrony nieletnich w spos\u00f3b szczeg\u00f3lny maj\u0105 te\u017c zapewnia\u0107 ochron\u0119 w zakresie przest\u0119pstw seksualnych, dlatego parafia ma obowi\u0105zek sprawdzania os\u00f3b prowadz\u0105cych zaj\u0119cia z dzie\u0107mi \u2013 w Rejestrze Przest\u0119pstw Seksualnych.<\/span><\/p>

Dodatkowo wprowadzone standardy maj\u0105 s\u0142u\u017cy\u0107 ochronie danych osobowych i\u00a0ochronie wizerunku nieletnich, na\u00a0okre\u015blonych zasadach.
